We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of $9.95 applies. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer flexible payment options such as Afterpay, Zip, and PayPal.

Are your diamonds and gemstones ethically sourced?
At Shiels, we are committed to ethical sourcing. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that all diamonds are conflict-free and comply with the Kimberley Process.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Every piece purchased from Shiels comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover accidental damage or general wear and tear.
